About Me
Ebony Russ
I'm Ebony Russ — a Human Resource Business Partner with 20 years across insurance, financial services, and aerospace and defense (policy development, employee relations, investigations, and performance management). I also teach Human Resource Management and Training & Development as an adjunct professor.
A Bethune-Cookman BBA graduate and Nova Southeastern MBA, certified in HR management, HR development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion — I guide professionals through corporate culture so they can sharpen performance and opportunity. Through Tea, Tactics & Tenacity, I'm the voice behind strategy, resilience, and intentional growth.
